IMO STATE GOVERNMENT INTRODUCES CONSUMPTION TAX

Imo State Government introduces consumption tax (meaning that you will also pay for the food you eat)

I was in a hurry to go collect my drivers license, on my way i decided to buy small food from one of these Eateries.. Time to make payment, another extra charge was added to the bill and when i asked the attendant what is going on, i was told that Imo State government added CONSUMPTION TASK 

So now to eat again, one have to pay task Nigeria?

So many task in this country but no good social amenities to make one feel proud of being extorted now and then... Bad road, epileptic power supply, worse public hospitals, no more water boards, unemployment and underemployment etc.

MY QUESTION: Is it right to pay for what you consume after spending money to buy it not that it was given free?.
