I do not see anything wrong with Pastor Isa el-Buba attending the Jos rally for Peter Obi. Even if he organised it, it is still not inappropriate. I do not support Obi, but that does not mean I should not speak the truth. Pastors have a right to participate in politics. They are citizens. In Scripture, pastors and prophets were involved in politics. And it is even okay for him to criticise other candidates.
Did our Lord and Saviour not criticise King Herod?-Luke 13:32. Was Daniel not President of Babylon?-Daniel 6:3. Was Elijah not a terror to King Ahab?-1 Kings 18. Leave Pastor el-Buba alone.
He has done nothing wrong. In fact, Nigeria would be a better place if there were more God fearing men in our political space!
